Any 6XC or 6 Comp.match and 110smk shooters?

Guys
I'm looking for real numbers/shooters and equipment used.

Like powder, twist rate and barrel length.

Fixin to spin up a barrel and ain't decided if I want to stick with 6XC or go 6comp.match...
I have everything for both, but I want to eat in the 3000-3050fps range without being close to pressure. Me thinking 6CM is the way, however I'm asking for real numbers.

6 Competition Match -- Using 47.6 gr H1000, I was right at 3,000 fps with a 26" 7.5 twist Bartlein. I will get exact 5 shot average when I get home tonight. SD was 9. Also shot 47.8 and no pressure there either. This was with the first 45 rounds down the barrel so I would expect some speed increase. Measured with a Magneto Speed V3.

Going back out this weekend to find a load since I now have 150 rounds on the barrel and it should be broken in by now.

I keep reading that RE26 is the powder for speed but I have 40 lbs of H1000 so I'm hoping that it will work. May try Retumbo as well although I don't have much of it left.

Either will get you that area. With the 6C/Match, get the choice of burning the cooler powders for longer barrel life.

Checked my notes for 6 competition match

47.6 gr H1000 was 2,992 avg for 5 shots
48.2 gr H1000 was 3,027 avg for 5 shots

No signs of pressure at 48.2.

In my first 6mm Competition Match I ran 48.7 H1000 with a 115 DTAC, 28" barrel = 3153fps

I have experience with both 6comp.match and 6xc. I've chambered both and ended up rebarrel the 6cm to 6xc and that barrel is still going strong.
Sounds like the 110smk doesn't really add much of in terms of resistance compared to 107smk and other 105s. like barrel friction and requiring alot more powder to drive them.
I shoot 107smk exclusively and going up another .3-.5grains (approximately) to reach same 107smk velocity grains isn't all that much and to keep me in a very low pressure environment.
I'll probably do another 6xc then on the 7.5 twist barrel.

From what I read it is more about having the case capacity to run single base powders. Double based burn throat faster from what I read. Seen guys doing it for quite a few rounds.
