Anschutz threaded barrel conversion

I have a 1413 Model 54 Super Match that I purchased new in 1977. In the mid-1980s I had the action threaded and a stainless barrel installed. The work was done by a gentleman with last name Foster and I recall he was in MN. But for the life of me I can't recall his first name. I am considering selling the rifle and would like to correctly give credit to the work. Any help in jogging my memory would be appreciated.

Yes, Accuracy International has a ring to it. But would not appear to be the same business operating by that name today? Thanks!

The Accuracy International that makes sniper rifles is an entirely separate business. For one it's in the UK, and has been in business since the 1980s. One of the founders was Malcolm Cooper, the British International shooter and Olympic champion.
