Anschutz Stocks

Figure it woulnd't hurt to ask, so does anyone know if it is possible:

1. to buy just a specific Anschutz stock and how to go about it?

2. Would the receiver/barrel assembly from a 64 mpr fit into an Anschutz Model 64 SBR stock?

You might be able to find a used anschutz stock from MT Guns in Santa Barbara (see site sponsor list). If Mac can not help, then I would try Champion Shooters Supply.

try champions choice , its close to Nashville Tn. they are one of the largest dealers around and they do sell to the public.

Receivers from 64 MPR and SBR are equal, but in the case of stocks you should know that Anchutz produce "alone" new stocks only for rifles based on 54 Action.

Thx for the responses guys! I ended up having Don Stith make me a Benchrest Stock that he inletted to match the 64 MPR. Fits nicely and Don's stocks are well worth the effort. He doesn't finishes them, which I don't blame him for because I'm having someone else do mine as well. Like I've always said, I only shoot 'em and leave the specialty stuff to those who know what they're doing.
