I ordered a rod guide from Sinclair and received it today. Doesn't work. It was ordered for the Annie 64MP R and I asked if it was going to fit before ordering. I was told it would. Now when I try to use it, it hits an "aperture", for a poor choice of words, but I'm not really sure what its called. Looks like a guide for the bolt, but it keeps the rod guide from going up to the chamber. Did Sinclair send me the wrong guide or do I need to modify the guide to fit my rifle?

You don't actually want it to go right to the chamber, in fact most of the BR guides are set up not to so you have good vision to see if your rod is moving along while centered.
That said, these delrin guides are sloppy and really not that good.
The MWerks have a rod insert that enters the guide, but the best ones are the ones made/sold by Killoughs that have a long insert that greatly reduces the rod from flexing in the bore.

I did that but it stops when it hits the bolt guide thingy. Still an inch or so from the actual chamber. I tried it and even though its back a ways, my rod goes right where it needs to go, so it may work just fine. Just didn't want to FUBAR my chamber.
