Talk about an ideal setup! Shooting chucks right from the driveway could not be better. You should be able to feel my envy from where you are right now. Sweet! And good job on the hog too.![]()
Yes, that would be sweet to have a situation like that. No fuel to burn traveling and all.
As long as you leave some seed for next season. Thanks for sharing that.
If I didn't know better I'd think you were hunting in one of my spots,i'll find the picture and post as soon asa I can.had a ton of fun with my 17 rimfire.Tonight's victim. 50 yds with a 17 rimfire. Too windy to hunt behind me, went across the road and hunted the tree line, blocked the wind. Dropped like a ton of rocks.

DRK: Glad to see I'm not the only one taking chucks with the 17HMR. It's not my first choice, but does have a place in the grand scheme of "things chuck".
My Annie 1715HB with some rockchucks. I only head shoot 'em to avoid any crawl-offs, and I keep all shots under 200 yards for that reason.. So far, so good, but shot placement is key. Have not had a single one not be DRT:
But as I mentioned earlier, most of us envy your ability to shoot right at home. Doesn't get much better in my book.
somethings wrong , their supposed to explode
that is a good start to a review of that rifle.DRK: Glad to see I'm not the only one taking chucks with the 17HMR. It's not my first choice, but does have a place in the grand scheme of "things chuck".
