Annealing Question

I need to bump the shoulders back on a set of Norma brass. Would it be better to anneal before or after I bump the shoulders?

Skipper,
I prefer to anneal my cases before I resize the neck or push back the shoulder.I think it is easier on the brass .Less stress /wear and tear.

Everything would probably be more consistant if you anneal them, and then bump em.

Thanks, for the advice. I'm all loaded up and ready for this weekend. After annealing and bumping the shoulders back I noticed that it took five less pounds of pressure to get the bullets started in the neck. We'll see how that works out at the range.
