Annealing prepped brass

If I anneal some fully prepped brass should I neck size it again? This is once fired brass that I bought prepped. It has not been fire formed to my chamber yet.

The seller said its once fired but I also anneal every firing. I really just want to make sure it won't hurt to anneal after processing then neck size again. Only about 200 cases so the time involved doesn't matter to me.

To me it always seem counterproductive to anneal then resize.
I would anneal it..worst case is it ends up so soft ..then just shoot it more till it hardens up..good excuse to shoot more for me..
I sometimes anneal new brass just to get neck tension to lighten up

Obviously you're going to get conflicting answers. ................ If you are accustomed to annealing each time and time isn't a factor(automated annealing). Why not uniform your neck tension which can vary widely even if the cases are all the same head stamp. ............ Monitor seating depth and powder OCW's to get a general idea of accuracy nodes so that you get some verifiable feed back on target. Rather than just blowing bullets down range for the purpose of F/Fing. ........... How consistent is the diameter of the "prepped" brass necks? This will tell you how uniform your neck tension will be. If you find it to be VERY uniform you needn't anneal. On the other hand .................................. Also,if your brass is mixed head stamp ya better anneal

You should absolutely resize, preferably full length resize after annealing. Don't let anyone tell you anything different.
Annealing changes the structure of the brass, rearranging molecules on a level you can't see with the naked eye.

Now, as for whether or not to anneal these cases, it's up to you. I probably would, so that they fireform a little easier.

Maybe it was taken for granted that it would indeed fit, but no one ask if the brass would fit the chamber as is. Prepped for what? Fired in what?? Sized with a small base die? Have the necks been turned?
