annealing machines/devices...which one?

+36 for the benchsource buy once cry once.
Actually, I would cry again for every case I annealed. I try to avoid individual handling of components whenever possible. The idea of loading each case individually makes me cry just thinking about it.

I much prefer my superior DIY "Skip Design" annealer. Cheap, automatic (it has a hopper), it's fully automatic, small, light, easy to store, and reliable.

I ended up buying an AMP unit. Beautifully made and very quick to set up. The online programs are quick to reference and have different makes of brass cases and whether cases have been neck turned or not. Program selection is just select the corresponding program number and away you go. Seating pressure is the most consistent I've ever seen. Happy days!

It's an absolute cracker of an annealing machine. Best $1600 I ever dropped.

Built my own a short time ago. Not a hard thing to do. If you're handy and know your way around simple electronics, tape measures, and basic carpentry, you can build one in a short period of time. If I had to do it over again, I would build one without a hopper. You have to baby sit the process anyway. A person can build one with a hopper for around $125 and one without a hopper for around $60.
