Annealing machine prototype 2

I've been kicking around an idea for making a very simple annealing machine. I thought it should be very possible to only use one motor for all actions - loading a case, spinning in front of a flame and ejecting it after a set time.

Broke down and ordered the aluminum wheels today from ebay. 3' diameter and 2'' thick, 2 for 14.80 with free shipping. Already had motors, speed control and power supply. It was a no brainer after seeing yours.
Thanks
