Annealing bullet tips to promote expansion

Bryan, I saw a video on youtube that shows a guy annealing the tips of Berger bullets to promote expansion at long range.What are your thoughts on this? Gary Campbell

there is some extensive discussion over on the long range hunting forum and Marshall of Matrix bullets weighed in on the conversation. The gist of it was the annealing worked to improve expansion. i don't have the direct link but i think if you look up 160 matrix bullets you will find the discussion in its 25+ page thread
