Cordless drill, deep socket. Drop on wet rag.
Dark room, start counting when brass touches the fine blue flame. As soon as neck/ case mouth starts to glow a dull orange, stop annealing and counting.could you elaborate on how you do it ? How do you know when you have the brass hot enough ?
I would like to hear more about the Bench source and salt bath ?
I agree that amp is the the cats behind, but I have a hard time justifying the cost of one. If I was a comp shooter or large volume than it may be a different story for me. I guess it depends on the individual.AMP. Sold the Giraud. Best reloading move I ever made.
I agree with you completely. The thing the AMP beats all the competition with is convenience. You can turn it off, go to the store, talk on the phone, do whatever, come back and with the flip of a switch pick right back up where you left off. No adjustment, no flame, no worries. I annealed in batches of 100 so for me it's money well spent.I agree that amp is the the cast behind, but I have a hard time justifying the cost of one.
