I thought so, I just didn't understand what benchrest shooting and hold off had to do with it.

My bad. Actually, we're both wrong, but you're a lot closer: The group is doubled at 60 degrees. It's 1.5 times at 48 degrees and change. The formula is,1 / cos angle) * group width.
