Anealling new brass after expanding.

Hello,
I have a question to ask. I am necking up new 6.5-284 Lapua to 284 using a redding expander mandrel then FL sizing. Should I anneal the brass after this operation or after the first firing or second etc... Thanks, Matt

If I do anything that will work-harden my brass like necking up, expanding and turning then sizing down, I anneal. I anneal ANY brass that is going to have significant fireforming done, like improving a case or as in a Dasher, blowing the entire shoulder forward... I do that to keep brass loss at a minimum. Then after significant fireforming takes place, I anneal again!
