Ammo loading block

Several months ago, someone posted pictures of an ammo loading block for benchrest. This loading block was unique in that it consisted of two pieces of wood that were connected with four pivoting connectors that allowed for one piece of wood to pivot above the lower base piece of wood. Does anyone recall these pictures and if so, can you post a link to the pics? I realize my description may be poor, I can't think of a better way to describe it. I did try the search function, but couldn't locate it that way. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
