Old thread but.....Buy Alpha brass and you get a great box with
them for free. My Peterson brass comes in real nice usable boxes.

Yes! I have those, but grabbing an empty case, particularly when its neck up, is not easy because thety're flush with the web.
Pic with and without a 1/4" spacer. A 1/8" or 3/16" would have been a bit better, as with the 1/8" the box closes with some feel with a single layer of foam.

J&J Plastics makes a box specifically for the BR cartridges.

I have bought a lot of the J&J boxes as they are designed to fit. Do be aware they are nowhere as beefy as the hinged-top MTM boxes, for example. If you accidentally drop a box loaded with either brass or loaded ammo, the box will likely break. I've tossed more than a few - but then I'm a bit clutzy at times.

I found this size in other brands to be too shallow (short) for heavy bullets. Won’t close on my 105’s.

For my oal they work fine for me. I haven't been following this thread but if there is a better option please let post and when I go to purchase the next time I'll buy your suggestion. I'm considering another 6br barrel with a longer throat.
