Hasn't been recent but I did last fall. It took a couple days for it to actually ship if I recall. I will order again with their fair prices.

Rather recently I ordered a 8 lb jug of a powder similar to IMR 8208. To my disappointment I received a jug with less than 6 pounds of powder. Powder does seem similar to 8208. Tried contacting them multiple times to resolve this error. No response. I was not alone in this misfortune in not getting even 75% of what the description described. Not sure if others were able to get they're issue resolved or not. GRR
Customer service seems non existent based on my experience.

Weird
I've purchased well over 400lb+ of powder from them over the last 6-7yr and I've actually always received over 8lb in my jugs...
Recently last month received a box of new SIG Primed brass that was busted open in shipping and 1/3rd was missing/fell out. I sent them an email, took a few days to respond but they credited my CC back the money because they were out of stock to replace what was missing...

That's not a good sign...
I ordered 8 lbs of powder from them over a month ago. they promptly charged me but I have not been able to get any sort of response from them (phone, emails, online contact form) regarding my order. I gave up and my bank is crediting me. I have looked at their BBB ratings and they obviously have issues filling orders.
If this is the company I have done business with I have never had a problem! Not one hiccup, wish I could say the same for Midway or Natchez.

Hmm, Ive been ordering from them for many years and I have never not received an order I placed with them for powder, primers, bullets or brass. During holiday sales, its take a little longer to receive (few weeks) but Ive always received everything Ive bought from them. I bought 6 orders from them just in the last 30 days received all of them.
Well, when I order something they say is in stock, pay for it, and cannot even get a response out of the vendor regarding my order over a month later, I figure I've given them all due respect. Especially after reading the customer comments on the BBB site.
My recent experience - I ordered 1000x125gr 30 cals blems last month. Order was processed quickly and arrived within 1 week. Packaging was excellent, very sturdy double boxed.
This was the 1st time that I ordered from them. Based on this experience, I would do so again.
