ive got a letter signed by dean grennell to the man these originally belonged to. an interesting little peace of bistoryI had never heard of the ARA but I always liked reading Dean Grennell's stuff. He was smart, funny and down to earth practical on reloading, bullet casting and pistols.

So far that is the latest issue I can find?
i dont have the knowledge and equipment or i would do it. mabie something ill get to this winterSmeone please make a pdf of these and share. Same goes with the old Precision Shooting magazines. I’d love to have that stuff to pour over this coming winter.
issue #1 was Sept 1963— They shut down sometime in the 70s but i dont know the exact date.I used to read GUN WORLD in the '60s when the ARA was founded. One of their writers, Dan Cotterman was heavily involved in this endeavor, I think. I'm familiar with Dean Grennell who also wrote for GUN WORLD at the time, but don't recall his involvement, but that may be due to my poor memory. I haven't heard of this organization since the '60s. I didn't know it survived into the '70s.
