was thinking about an amazon order i ordered a few months ago and realized i did not receive it. Not a Big deal -around 34.00-- MY account says it was delivered though. I cant find any way at all to contact amazon about this. Their FYI section just offers advice. Im a prime member to. Amazon is handy and i like the ease of checkout and free shipping but if i cannot contact them I dont think i will be buying anything else from them. good price service i guess.

UPDATE
UPDATE>>> After continuing to look for a way to contact customer service on my Amazon page and finding nothing I typed "customer service" in the product
search box and up popped a heading <Help and Customer service> and at the far right a link for <support options and contact us> after a few more clicks i got to the link that said call me-clicked it and they did-- Girl said
sorry that order wasnt shipped and i would get a refund in 3 to 5 days
Amazing-- we will see what happens-- Thanks Again to All that tried to help me

Check to see who the carrier was and the tracking number which should give you info when/if it was delivered.
thank you-- no tracking number--it says above order "scheduled to be delivered" and says below it was delivered-- I guess my only option is to give the sellers bad feedback -they probably will contact me in a hurry-

I was able to contact someone at Amazon. I believe I did a google search and found the number. Took a bit of work.

Another reason I have a USP store box. Whenever I get a package, there is someone there to sign for it and I get a prompt email record. Lately amazon has been using their own delivery system. Good lcuk.

Try this. Idk if it will work, but it won't hurt to try

Maybe it fell behind the bush next to the front door? Maybe somebody stole it off the front porch? Either way, just decline the payment on your credit card and let them hash it out. Way easier than hunting down the company and calling them. They'll just look and say it was delivered. I have a new Postal girl and a problem. The last two Post people (PC? Name?) brought my packages to the front door. This new one leaves them beside the mailbox, right next to the road. I gotta have a talk with her!

go to upper left corner of amazon home page, there are 3 horizontal lines click on that. Go to the last item on the list, Customer service, click on that, when the next page comes up scroll down to the item, Contact Us. Once you get that you will have a phone number or you can send them the problem vendor and they will resolve the issue.

I was told that if it don't fit in the mail box it legally MUST be delivered to the house...

Sounds good! I'll try to explain that to her in a civil matter. A previous conversation with her revealed that she's not firing on all cylinders . The good news is she brought my box of barrels and actions to the front door. Signature required. The last box of a thousand bullets, I found in the middle of the driveway in the rain.

A couple of our mail carriers have thrown packages on the ground because they are too lazy to drive 150' up to the house. (good driveway and no dogs so there isn't any excuse). One of the packages for a neighbor was medicine and he's 84 years old. If it happens, go directly to the local post master and raise he--. If that doesn't work, go to the next up the ladder. No results?, get the local TV news involved.

the way I got a hold of them was to dispute the credit card charge....they responded likity-split.

Amazon is bad news. They are going to try to infuse themselves into every aspect of our lives, from groceries, to medicine, shipping, shopping, and etc. They will do more to hurt small stores than Walmart ever dreamed of. Turn away from them.
I buy very little from Amazon. The most important thing to be is cost to my door. 90% or more of the time, Amazon is not the lowest cost. Shop around first. Ebay usually has better prices on almost everything. And Ebay will stand behind your purchase if there is a problem. I also try to use Paypal for all online purchases because they protect the consumer. Over the years I've had several items not delivered but I've never lost a penny.

yes ive had a post office box for years. i send everything i can to it so things arent laying around out on the porch until i find them. and like you say i have the record of the delivery. some stuff though they wont ship to the po box- gotta go to physical address. some companies just have a policy not to ship anything to a po box. when i purchased a stock from stockys they even called and said" we have to much trouble with the usps to ship your stock through them " i havent had anything lost by USPS but sometimes it takes a Long time---Thanks. PS i dont have one of those mailbox places near me--if i did i think id get a box there to

yes they leave them all over the place here-its like an easter egg hunt-- problem is i forgot about this little purchase for awhile- now its been just over 90 days so i may be SOL. i may have to take this one on the nose but for 34 bucks it will be a cheap lesson.

that may be true ill ask at the po here. they routinely accept packages at our PO bigger than will fit in your box though. they even have little cards printed up they put in your box to let you know something bigger than will fit is there. One other thing is sometimes i have something shipped to my PO box number and someone brings it to my house anyway. mabie thats because of the rule you state and there enforcing it part way. Thanks
