Ok, so I'm annealing brass (200 pcs.) using my Bench-Source annealing machine for the upcoming Texas State Long Range Championship, and I get careless and let the brass build up to the point that a piece of brass did not fall like it was supposed to and jammed the machine when it tried to turn. It blew the fuse and I thought, oh well, I'll just get another fuse and back in business. Well, I was wrong, it kept blowing fuses, so I call Bench-Source and I explain what happened, making sure that they know it was my fault and that I wanted to send the machine back so that they can fix it for me and to just let me know how it was going to cost me. They asked me for a email address or a fax number so that they can send me a shipping label, at which point I said I just wanted to know where to send it and that I would take care of shipping because it was my fault. They said not to worry about it, that they would send me a shipping label and that they would fix my machine FREE OF CHARGE!!!! I was speechless to say the least!
So I walk into the house about 5 minutes later and a fax is coming in, IT'S THE SHIPPING LABEL!!! Wow, I can't say enough good things about their customer service!
I just wanted to pass this on to you guys, I can't be happier with my Bench-Source annealing machine and also with their customer service!
