Altering handles on a bolt

A few years ago I sent out a couple bolts to have the bolt threaded to accept different knobs. I can't for the life of me remember just who did the work, but it was done by someone on this site.
I now have another that I want the same think done, so I'm reaching out to the members to find out who possibly did it.
Hopefully they can possibly jog my memory..
Any ideas??
