Alpha Mags Disappeared!

Hi Guys
I have been trying to get hold of Alpha Industries for weeks.
They do not answer their email
They do not answer the phone, it says mailbox full.
I ordered some Mags from them and my payment went through weeks ago?

Is there a problem with their company?

You're right as rain, he is a firefighter, I've talked to him and I have two of his mags. Patience is the key.
