AK/AR sling options for hunting rifle?

Could anyone advise on how to carry a scoped hunting rifle forward and top-up similar to AK/AR carry?

Want to walk around on our property prepared to harvest a deer. Have watched vids showing "American Carry", "African Carry", " European Carry". None of those seem close to the flexibility of an https://www.blueforcegear.com/vickers-sling, which work like a miracle. But hunting rifles don't support those 90 deg attachment points.

I appreciate this isn't a hunting forum but any suggestions on how to get a Vickers-type side mounted sling on a Remington 700?

You can install flush cups on the side of the stocks or you can get one of those shotgun slings that wrap around the barrel and behind the grip area. Looks just like a regular sling but has slip knots on the ends

Frank Proctor sling. Loops on both ends, easily my favorite AR sling. Stupid easy to adjust.

I appreciate what I'm imagining wouldn't work in most situations. Not talking about walking for hours through brush to a place to get set-up, just walking at the edge of open fields / along gravel paths deep in our property. Like if I'm walking to feed the barn cat I could have the rifle with me and be ready for quicker action if a whitetail walks out

Edit - actually, if going to feed the barn cat and a deer walks out 30 yrds away a scoped rifle wouldn't be the right choice anyway ... probably something more compact with a red dot would be more like it
