I ve been trying several ways to anneal my brass, went on the induction route first but failed to get good components, and I thought to give it up. Then I had to get a new box of Lapua brass and I was blown away with the price of it. So, I went back to the drawing board. And choose to go on a more traditional way (sort to say) and try it with the torch. I browsed the net for ideas, saw a few, and made my own design, with a few hickups along the way. I produce and sell some custom bits and parts for airguns for living past few years (I was an airgunning freak back in the day), which started as a hobby, and now its a full time job. Really full time, since I am a "one man show". Got some nice equipment during these years (started with 7x14 PRC lathe in my apartment, now running few machines more - cnc lathe, cnc mill, bigger lathe and mill - yet that small 7x14 is still in the shop
)
Long story short - this is what I came up with. Made one for myself, and made a few to offer for sale. To see how it "catches up". Wanted to offer a low price, multi caliber annealer, with interchangable inserts, to cover large variety of calibers.
Now I am not sure can I post this in the classifieds section (not commercial sales), since I run a business, but doing it all by my self and in small volume. Just hope you like it.
