Excellent video. I have been following this concept for years but instead of Competition Shell Holders, I use Skip Shims which fit under the lock ring of the F/L die which is the same principle.
I haven't changed the lock ring in years and all sizing is down using varying degrees of cam over by changing the Shim size.
