Aged new brass

What's the thoughts and experiences on new 20+ year old white box Win brass, just use it or anneal first.

If it was annealed, then it's still annealed. If not sure, then you can anneal again.

Too soft (if already annealed and annealed again) can cause problems when resizing. Crushed necks and same being pushed down into the shoulder area.

just use it or anneal first.

ALL brass is annealed several times during the manufacture process. Some polish off the final anneal blush, some don't. Do the same prep as if it was just manufactured, unless it was stored near ammonia. And if that is the case, nothing will save it.
