This is my latest project/build. All a person needs do is load the desired brass in the hopper, set the time, and let it go. Just a note, IF YOU BUILD THIS UNIT YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK, I DO NOT PROFESS TO BE A PROFESSIONAL AT THIS, AND I'M SURE THERE ARE AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT. THIS IS PURELY EDUCATIONAL.

Longer video top, sides, front

I've included more pics, dimensions to come soon, as well as internal pics, and wiring schematics

I will be adding a couple more parts to control the motor driven case height holder (this is to stop the holder when it has reached maximum to and bottom) and the push pull solenoid with pics and schematics for a longer stroke.
I did forget a couple parts inside the case, like a fan on the induction annealer, shrink tubing, and more to be listed as I see them. all of this again can be modified at your discretion, to reduce cost. I always overbuild my projects in the areas I think are as appropriate.

***UPDATE 02/25/2022
SETUP AND WIRING OF FORWARD REVERSE MOTOR CONTROLER

MINI CONTACTORS
these get put in line with the case drop to stop it when it reaces the vary top or bottom
Pics available once I have them installed

I have multiple pics of the building process that I will send to those who want them

I will be working on a wiring schematic shortly please feel free to ask questions

I've now been able to speed the time of to 6-7 seconds per annealing I will also walk anyone threw the settings

Nice job indeed. It is very satisfying when you build something useful out of off the shelf hardware.

It is not to mention the savings. LOL I can't take all the credit though, I looked at many videos, and designed what I wanted, and after build a propane unit before some parts weren't so bad, but yes a huge learning curve.

Very nice! I too like the drop feature! I gotta know....... Is that a USA pan? If so does your wife know you have it?

LOL I have no idea if it's usa made, and I don't have a wife. If I did she would shoot me for the things I buy, LOL

lol, I get that! My wife has a culinary background and that pan looks like the ones she uses, the brand is USA pan. Anyways nice job on the build!

I'm working on the parts list and plans. the dropper is motorized for adjustable heights
No plans to commercialize it. I actually started on the parts list tonight. I hope to have it posted this week.

I used

Tempilaq Temperature-Indicating Liquid Paints

750 degrees you can find it on youtube, just apply to the outside of the case then adjust your time till the paint melts down about a 1/4" below the shoulder, like it was when new
this link is for the 650 deg but you can find the 750 deg

Looks great. Wish i had the know how to build something like that.
You might want to protect it from someone taking it to market, cutting you out.
I really like the idea of loading it up and letting it do the work.

Very nice! I imagine getting the funnel part to work correctly was quite the challenge. Looking forward to the parts list. Thanks for sharing.
