Next question I have I am going to buy a reamer what freebore ? I will be shooting 70grain max , I have a 1 in 14 twist, any comments will be greatly appreciated
I think buying your own reamer is a very good idea. That way you know you're getting the same chamber every time....all reamers are not the same. You don't know how many times it's been used. Gunsmiths generally have several reamers and they may be all .268's/.045"....supposedly. Remember reamers wear just like anything else that's used. I bought my reamer with .030" freebore and am very pleased.
Good luck. Dan
