Aero M5 chambered in 308. Has a nice JP trigger that breaks at 2lbs 13oz. 18" light profile barrel with mid length gas and a VG6 muzzle break. Also comes with a heavy profile 18" rifle length 308 barrel and vortex scope mount. Don't know the round count, but was told it is low. Previous owner built it with Aero through the PD he works for and swapped the heavy barrel for the lighter profile. To my understanding, the heavy barrel was only test fired.

Heavier barrel starts at 1.2" and tapers down to .78" behind the gas block. Uses .750" gas block. Steps down to .735 forward of the gas block. Rifle length gas.

Light barrel steps tapers to .860 in front the the barrel nut, tapers slighty to .760 behind the gas block. .750 gas block. Steps down to .735 in front of the gas block then to .7 just before the muzzle. Mid length gas.

Pulling the handguard it looks the the PO chewed up the barrel nut swapping barrels. Doesn't affect function, but good to change on next barrel swap.
