ADL to BDL?

Is it possible to covert a Rem 700 ADL into a BDL. I didn't know if I found some bottom metal if it would just bolt on with a new stock.

To properly convert from an 700 ADL to a BDL, you will need the following:

BDL stock
BDL floorplate
BDL magazine box - It's shorter than an ADL.
BDL magazine spring - It's flat on the bottom where it slides into the floorplate recess. An ADL spring has an upswept bend at the tip where it sits in the bottom of the stock. In a pinch, you can straighten the bend and use the ADL spring.
Receiver Screws - Depending on the stock design, you may need longer or shorter screws.

I did this years ago and it turned out great. I did NOT get a new stock. Just used the original.
