Adjustment marking colors on scope ??

Has anyone noticed that the click adjustments hash marks on Sightron SIII scopes have white marks on the newer production scopes, as opposed to the gold color on the older scopes? I ordered turrets from Sightron for a 10-50 SIII, and the caps came in with white markings, which to my old eyes, are ALOT easier to see. I also bought a new scope a while back, and it came with the white markings.....are all the newer scopes marked in white? Just curious, as it runs about $100 to change out the turrets...rsbhunter

Everything I have and see lately is white. The gold was hard to see, I have seen guys at a match shining a small flashlight on them.

I agree. I like the white marks on the newer ones. The gold marks were always harder for me to see

Yes indeed ! Have four S111 one is Gold in flat light it is Bad.
I think I got the Gold one on sale ?
Still like the Scopes .

Yes, I love the scopes....with the white markings, it is worlds better making adjustments on the bench....with older eyes. I would change out all my turrets if it was affordable..... rsbhunter
