Adjustable forearm width front benchrest TOP.

I have seen at least one in pictures that would allow the sides to move in and out from maybe 1 inch to 5 inches by means of a nylon: 1/2 pipe that went through the sides of the unit underneath the bags. Any help appreciated.
 
NEO rest allows you to use any common stocks up to 4" wide.
His big brother MAX rest allows you to use up to 8" stock.
