Adjustable bases? for 700

Is ther any company that makes adjustable scope bases for remington 700s? Bases that you can move left or right . I know leapold makes a rear base that has some movement for adjustability.
Really both; my front and rear need to be redrilled and tapped. I was just curious if ther was a commercial alternative to fix factory scope base alignment.
All opinions , ideas welcome.
thanx

It may not be a hole alignment issue. I've never seen a 700 that the rear bridge wasn't rolled over on the right side and to the rear from polishing. When mounting rings and bases that throws the centerline of the rear ring off to the right and pointing up.

BURRIS SIGNATURE Z RINGS in your offset bases allow one to recenter the scope. while designed for vertical adjustment, when used sideways one can recenter the scope. plastic offset inserts in small increments can move the scope a bunch or a little.

Thanks so far for the in put.
Im mainly trying to get my bases right. my rear seems the worse. I guess since im using a 10moa rail i might could get counter sunk flat swing hole opened up for all 4 holes in the rail?

That won't help. With a one piece base you're have the base machined properly and the front and rear of the action machined/polish out of alignment. Anything to twist/force the base to a location on one end will misalign the top of the base then the rings will still be out of alignment in relation to the bore. I've spent hours aligning Talley bases on hunting rifles. It's an acquired skill.

Burris signatures for the win. This will be the easiest and cheapest fix plus they are the best rings money can buy in my opinion. Clean styling, secure solid hold, and never a ring mark on expensive optics. I believe they even make a turn in style so that you could use an adjustable Leupold base in conjunction with the inserts for more adjustment if needed.

Hollands offers a pic rail setup to correct the Rem 700 but it generally requires machining. As Dave alluded to Rem 700's at the back rear left are almost always low. Some of the newer ones were better but it's a spot you need to check and deal with. The Burris as others have said can be aligned just about anywhere you need to move.

No i was wrong. It wont fix the problem without machining. Which I got what I need now. I got the bit and tap now. But as to the above product. It is super nice. There'sa few more things on their page worth looking at.

I bought a new 700ADL 4 years ago. Ran out of scope windage adjustment. I rotated the rear base and rings 180 degrees it fixed the problem. Looks like it was the rings or base?

I have a friend that is retired master tool and die maker by trade. He belongs to the American gun makers guild also. He builds bases for his rifles. Machines bases for action. Sets barreled action in Mill and cuts top to match barrel. They are beautiful and perfectly in line. Toms

Dave, like you...I've set up many Talleys on hunting rigs and have lots of them on my stuff..As you know know, once you get the stress off extruded stuff, it's darn near bullet proof.

Leupold's BackCountry one piece Talley-style mounts are really nice...6061-T6 non- extruded stuff.

Good shootin' -Al
