As long as there are major shooting wars going on, there will be shortages in the civilian market.
The simple fact is, munition and arms manufacturers make fortunes during wars. I can’t even take a guess at how many tons of nitro/cellulose based powder is used in just one week in the war in Ukraine. Heck, it might be more than the entire civilian market uses in a year.
It would seem to be good news that a new manufacturing facility is built.
however, this is probably a response to the tremendous opportunities in the military market, not us Just trying to have a good day at the range.
