Can someone tell me who is selling action sleeves for a remington . SG&Y do not do them anymore from what i hear .

Winchester70, you can get a R700 sleeve,Davidson clone) from Jim Dugan out of Saskatoon SK as well, same price as you would pay to a US supplier, but in Cdn dollars!
