accuracy question

Hey guys, I have a RCBS Rock Chucker press and am getting into BR. Im having my first rifle built and have acouple questions about some stuff. First whats the most accurate and consistant way to produce rounds, in an arbor press, wich Ive never used, only read about) or is my bench mounted press okay? Second, Im thinking I should have the smith Im using make dies for me with the reamer he uses for my chamber, Is this crucial? The rifle will be a 6mm Dasher, so I know I need a micrometer seating die but should I have a FL and neck or just neck? Ive also heard things about making a couple finished rounds, minus the gun powder to have your chamber cut precisly but how can you do that if your smith makes your dies out of the reamer he uses for the chamber? Finally what brand of dies would be the best. Or is this an opinion question and any of the TOP manufacturers would be good. Thanks for all your help guys, Im close to getting all the stuff needed for this project and am just tryin to line up my ducks!! thannks again.

thanks for the reply, Im really just trying to figure out whats the best and most accurate way to reload my rounds for this caliber.
