Accuracy node with new components?

I have a pretty decent node currently but am changing components (for the better actually) with the current scarcity

6.5 creedmoor

Currently:
Hornady brass
Federal 210M primers
Hodgon H4350 at 41.2
Hornady 140 ELD-M 6.5mm
Velocity is about 2700 FPS

Will be switching to:
Lapua brass
CCI 450 primers
Hodgon H4350
Berger 140 hybrids

My barrel only has about 400 through the pipe.

My question: should I completely redo testing for a new node or plan on getting the same velocity?

Redo testing, defiantly start at lower powder charge with Lapua brass.
Might drop 2 grains come up slow one bullet/load at a time point three that's .3 grain
increments to see where you have pressure. Work backwards from that with 3 shot groups to find your node in .2 grain increments. Once found tune seating depth by .003 from where ever you are to shrink groups even further. Nodes in the 6.5 CM are spaced about 1 to 1.2 grain apart, there will be more than one. HB

Start lower and work back up to a good load with the new components. The Lapua will have less capacity than the Hornady. The Bergers should / could favor a different seating depth also.

Also note that nodes found with brand spanking new brass will change slightly on the second go around (loading) when first resized/bumped to your chamber. (fire formed to your chamber) HB

Thanks guys. I'll do some retesting and start lower...I didn't realize case capacity of lapua was lower. Good thing I brought it up here.

Also, good to know about the 1 -1.2 grain nodes. I'll keep an eye out. In the past I found a really light shooting node, 38.6 grains which had really low recoil. Recoil felt less than my AR. Might look for one of those low ones again while I retest.

I'm currently seating at .0205 and will redo that too with the new loads.

@Hambone or others,, will I need to reconfigure my sizing die? I am currently bumping back .002 on the Hornady brass, but with Lapua will I need to change the height since it's different thickness?
