Accuracy International Question

I am looking at getting an Accuracy international AE rifle soon, and I was just wondering if anyone new if you can put the barrel from an AW on the AP and have it headspace ok? I know that AIAW barrels are essentially a prefit on the AW and do not need to be headspaced when installing a new barrel.

I recommend you post this sought of question in the Sniper's Hide websight where their is a much larger membership and following of "tactical" style weapons.

mason O, Hi, I have had this done with my I/E a while ago by the UK agents of accuracy international a firm called "sporting services" they have "border barrels" in scotland make a number of barrels in various cals made to the specs they tell them, because the A/E barrel is 24ins I chose a 26ins 260 AW barrel for them to fit for me, I dont think they had any problems with this, if in doubt email them
Regards, dooley UK

Search feature it is best to use it first. Especially with a low post count.
