Absolute minimum case length for 223

i have some brass I picked up case length is at1.740 is that okay to reload and what is absolute minimum?

We anneal all our brass and always when doing a reload. We trim to maxi.Nice to have a bit of length on the neck for the projectile.Some say they never trim and it is a waste of time.. Depends on your chamber what rocks your boat.Just don't go too short.
