About to sell off alot of stuff need some input

Just curious what some of you have done when selling alot of stuff at once. I have a newborn and work 12 hr days so I need to be efficient here haha. So do you guys take pics and box everything up so its ready to go? Just looking for ideas to make things easier for me and the potential buyers. Its quite a bit of stuff! Need the money to help fund building an addition. Thanks!

Congrats on the new baby! No suggestions for helping you sell your stuff , but if you have a Harrell's BR powder measure I'd be interested. Same goes for bullets that would work in a 30BR. A Neilson neck ckecker would be the cat's meow too.

If you search my listings, I have about 10 or so current adds.

For me, it's best to list in moderation. For instance, I have "many" bolt handles. Everybody responds "I will take your bolt handle"!! LOL, I always have to send a message back asking which one their interested in. Keeping up with them can get confusing. I also have a lot of triggers.

Sometimes I pre-box items, and write what's in the box. This is mainly on small parts.

Just look at some of my adds and you will get a good idea on how to list products.

Any questions, feel free to PM,
Dennis

Put all the stuff in one bin, mark it "Junk I am selling". Do not package or box until sold. Make a file and make hard copies of all "I'll take it" emails, with addresses. When that comes in, tape it to the part. When money comes in, put the address with the part, and when check cashes, box and send part.

Get a bunch of free USPS priority boxes and a few rolls of tape.

When the part is PAID for, address the box, send it asap and email the buyer tracking number. Leave feedback

List in short ads, few items at a time, similar, in case someone wants two things in same box.

Big lists are hard to keep straight, especially when sleep deprived ;)

And when you list stuff the best way not to sell it fast is list it as “stuff for sale” or something like that. Putting 23 items under “reloading stuff for sale” is a quick way to get most folks to not open it. If you have a priming tool the title should say everything about it so it doesnt even need to be opened. Like “21st century priming tool” and inside say if any shellholders and primer size conversion parts are included

So do you guys take pics and box everything up so its ready to go?

As mentioned, so not box up for additional pictures or questions. But,,, do have the materials on hand to be able to do so. And you might consider using shipmygun.com which if you are selling firearms, you can save a lot of money on shipping costs.

We could always trade? I’m an electrical contractor and could pay for all your electrical parts in trade for some cool goodies.

I had an ebay business when my kids were infants (and I was a single dad). I worked dayshift at my normal job. Young kids are in bed by 8 (if you're doing it right) so I spent 2-3 hours per evening listing and shipping after they went to bed. --Jerry

Your a hell of a good guy offering to drive all the way to Arizona :)

My curiosity is going crazy. If you don't mind, could you give us a sneak peek of what you want to sell? I'm pretty sure you have a good buying crowd right here. I'm always looking.
