Ab ios update

does anyone know if an ab update release for the usa or europe releases at the same time... Or is there no difference between the two ?
I got a e-mail that they released an update but im not getting a update notification from my app store...
I need the update before my match next week so i am getting a bit stressed

Even we don't know the answer to that. The way it works:

1. Update gets submitted to Apple, and then sits in line for approval (6-14 Days)
2. Update gets approved.
3. Update gets published, but not everyone at the same time. We don't even know how the regional roll out will go.

So it can take as little as 5 or 6 days, or as long as 3 weeks.
