AAC brass any good?

Has anyone tried reloading any of the AAC brand brass, and if so how has it done in regards to accuracy? I don't buy much factory ammo, but I thought about getting some of the AAC stuff for general blasting, or even for varmints if the brass was pretty good. Basically, I have an application where I need another head stamp to make it easier to keep things segregated.

I've used AAC 5.56 brass and it's jookie. The rims are slightly thinner than everyone else. I could tell this right away with my Sinclair hand primer. The holder clocked down a noticeable amount more to grip the case for priming... like and extra 20-30 degrees.

Also it causes failures to eject in our REM 700.. and probably the ARs, but the Rem 700 was obviously a problem for several shooters. The thinner rim doesn't give the extractor a good grip or has too much play something.

I've got some mixed in with my bulk blasting brass. I wouldn't choose it.

I segregate my brass according to its intended application and use specific head stamps for each application. For some things, this isn't a big deal because I either only have 1 firearm chambered for that caliber, or it doesn't matter which firearm. I have several 5.56/223 firearms. For some of them, it doesn't matter what I feed them. Others are more accurate, and for those I have specific batches of brass that I run through them for different applications like LR match loads, reduced varmint loads, and a few things in between. For each of those applications, I keep between 1000 and 2000 pcs of brass with a unique head stamp that are stored in stackable clear labeled Sterilite containers. The unique headstamp makes it easy for me to identify exactly what the brass is for when I pull a piece out of the tumbler, or if I leave a batch of primed brass in a coffee can or something. I'm getting ready to add another bolt action rifle that will get its own batch(s) of brass. 50 rnd ammo boxes aren't going to cut it.

So far, I've used a lot of LC brass because its easy to segregate by year. Its just difficult to BUY it already segregated that way. I have access to free range brass which I've been able to sort through to meet my needs so far, but if others had found that AAC brass was pretty good, I would have been willing to buy a case or two of it. I know that Ammo Inc uses Jagemann brass, and I've had really good results out of the small qty of their brass that I've played with. I was hoping that AAC brass was going to be of similar quality, but it sounds like its not. I don't have any IMI brass yet, so this might be a good reason to buy some.
