6.5x47 Lapua with 140ish bullets, AA4350 with Rem 7 1/2 is my go to powder. If soot appears, go hotter charges, soot went away.

I shoot mostly RL16 in my 6.5 CMs, picked up a jug recently, but when I was low, I started trying Staball 6.5 with various loads in my main 6.5. It works great with 129gr - 147gr, good velocities and excellent accuracy. I'd say in most cases velocities are a hair slower than RL16, but more in line with RL16 than my old H4350 loads (before switching to RL16). As another poster mentioned, RL26 is the speed king, but for me, much harder to find than any of the other Reloder powders, I've had a bunch of alerts set up for several years and haven't gotten any more in that time.

For me re16 is the speed king.
H4350 is the accuracy king.
Tried other variations of 4350 none can do as good as h4350.
