A-tip loads for 260 Remington?

44gr H4831 has been a known accurate load for 130-140gr bullets in the 260 for a long time, its normally where I start with any new bullet in that weight.

Was wondering if anybody had tried any load development for the 135 Gr. A-tip in 260 A I ?

I have worked up loads for my 260 Rem target rifle using A-tip 135s. I started with 44.3 grains of H4831sc. When I switched to ADG brass, they recommended that I reduce the charge by 1 grain. I started a ladder test at 43.0 grains and found a node at 43.4 - both for accuracy and velocity spread. I shot a group at 100 yards where all the holes were touching and my SD was 9.<something>.

some one is gonna have to convince me at prices their asking to move me from sierra 142s or even 140eld. that's just me cheap I guess. my 260 is a Ackley
