Wanted stocker/gunsmith who can inlet a flat top stock

I have a flat-top wood stock I need in-letted for a single shot PTG Drakkar action and HV barrel. It will also need to be bedded and a provision for a Shilen trigger. I also would like the stock sanded and clear coated. I am in western NY so I can drive to the stocker if not too far away. Or I can ship. I will call to discuss any of the finer finer points.
