Last Friday afternoon I called and left a message with Bat's voice mail. Monday morning I got a call, 6AM their time, asking how they could help. Told the fellow I needed an ejector spring that I had shortened mine too much trying to keep my brass on the bench, gave him my credit card info and that was it. Wednesday morning I got a priority mail package with half a dozen springs AND pins with a note from Steve that he didn't know how deep the hole was bored in my bolt so he was sending different lengths, total charge to my card three bucks and change!
