How do those little 15 grain tic tac's do when a little breeze gets flickering a hair on your head ? Seems like they'd need zero wind for getting on target. Cool round for sure. Also living in Ohio really helps stack up the experience with itThe 14/221 Walker is the 221 Fireball case necked down to 14 . It took me about 15 years to finally get this project up and running . A lot of set backs not being able to get materials and things . I’m sure it is a process of making the brass . But i have a gentleman i feel makes them cheap enough i don’t bother . In this short barreled pistol i get 3759 FPS with a 15 gr bullet . I really love it have taken close to 170 chucks with it .
I have not had a lot of problems with the wind . Because it is so speedy for the distances I’m shooting . But you definitely don’t want to catch weeds or tufts of grass . Yes and living in Ohio does help .How do those little 15 grain tic tac's do when a little breeze gets flickering a hair on your head ? Seems like they'd need zero wind for getting on target.
