Had a problem with my old H. Case Prep Trio and so bought a new one.. It arrived running backwards; that is, the three shafts were turning clockwise.. Called them today and talked to Shannon.. He helped me diagnose my problem--the two leads on the power-input connector were reversed.. I reversed them and it's good.. So Good Thing #1--didn't have to return the new one! Then talked about one shaft on the old one NOT turning; GT #2--he agreed to send me a trio of new shafts and gears and a new set of screws.. Then commented that I can't find anywhere to buy replacement inside-chamfer cutters; he agreed to send me 2 new ones...all for NO CHARGE.
