What is your loaded cartridge OAL? Those look long to me. The bullet could be catching the throat.

Only gauge after all steps are complete.... Only crimp enough to remove the belling.... I have loaded so many 9mmberry bullets it's crazy over the last ten years plus... Be sure your dies are setup correct , 9mm should be wasp waisted.... When I was using a drop in gauge like that slot of the time the case heads would get extractor marks on them or even flatten a tiny bit and would not drop in completely without pushing them down... I little file work or chunking them in the trash worked fine.... They all always fired fine....
