That's a difficult one to answer. That is a very unusual bullet--with a very short bearing surface for its weight. It tends to perform like a shorter bullet in terms of its velocity,meaning you can drive it as fast as a typical 90gr HPBT).
If you are shooting the 105s comfortably at 2900+, you can probably get 2980 with the 95s. If you have a fast, 30" barrel, and use H4895 or RL 15 you might hit 3000, or even higher. But I don't want to make promises. I got the 95 VLD past 3000 using Varget in a PacNor 3-groove, but I couldn't tell you what the top end is.
Other guys, with slower barrels, may not be able to get the 95 past 2900 fps.

2950 fps for the berger 95 with a stout charge of varget in a 28.5 barrel.Could definitely get to 3000+ if I pushed it.
