95 Grain VLD with .094 freebore?

So............I've already ordered Berger 95 VLDs. Since ordering I have found some posts that suggest that a shorter freebore may be required to make these shoot in a 6BR. What say you? I will of course do what I can to make them shoot but looking for any experiences with these.

Haven’t shot them personally in my br butt don’t have any problems with 80 bergers in the same freebore. I Just check the difference between a 105vld and the 95vld and their around.100 different in base to ojive. I’d say you'll be jumping them though. Just have to try and see

I shoot them in an .080 FB and can easily seat them into the lands. As long as the reamer is really. 094 you should have no trouble getting to the lands. My 6 Dasher drives tacs seated .020 into the rifling. Good luck and happy shooting!

Thanks for the replies. I will update when I get a few downrange. Just downloaded Gordon's reloading tool to help with starting points. Pretty cool tool.
